      Cuyi mg630 cuts oblong instead of circle. It expands the width like for example you like to cut a 1x1 square. It cuts a 2x1 rectangle. The width size doubles. Pls answer the problem. Thnak you

    hi
    can you help me with my cutter plotter,
    the buttons are not functioning,
    sometimes when turning it on only black square are on lcd display,
    no laser, sometimes it automatically moves the blased from left to right until it hits the stop button.
    i am using cto 630

    Hi...hindi ko sure kung ano errorng machine ko..pag nag on ako prang may tunog na pumuputok and hibdi sya makag cut...and hindi po normal tunog nya. Patulong naman po. Thank you

    pa help po..puro black blocks lang po ang display ng cuyi plotter ko..hindi naman po nakasagad sa magkabilang gilid ung head nya..ano po kayang naging problema.at ano po pdeng maging alternative solution..thanks po sa reply

    Mga Boss Patulong naman po.. Yung Cuyi plotter KM630 user,, panu ibalik yung pag nag cut hindi smooth yung mga letter. Letter "A" peru hindi smooth pag na cut.. pa help naman po..
